*I Prevail will perform on August 19, 2025 at SaSaZu.* I Prevail is an American rock band formed in 2013 in Southfield. Musically, I Prevail blend elements of post-hardcore, metalcore, hard rock, alternative metal, nu-metal, and pop punk. Their sound is often influenced by electronic music, trap, hip-hop, and rap, creating a modern and powerful style marked by the contrast between clean vocals and aggressive screams. The current lineup consists of Brian Burkheiser (clean vocals), Eric Vanlerberghe (screams/growling and vocals), Steve Menoian (lead guitar), Dylan Bowman (rhythm guitar, backing vocals), and Gabe Helguera (drums). The band is known for their dynamic live shows, honest lyrics, and ability to combine heaviness with melody and emotion.
